Business Development Manager (BDM)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in sales (digital marketing industry preferred)

Motion Digital Agency is a growing digital marketing firm based in Guruvayur, committed to delivering innovative digital solutions for our clients. We are now looking to expand our team with a motivated Sales Manager who can help us reach new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Video Production etc.) to clients
• Build and nurture lasting client relationships
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Coordinate with the marketing and delivery teams
• Prepare proposals and deliver compelling sales presentations
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably with a digital marketing agency
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Good understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Self-driven with a positive attitude
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
