Key Responsibilities
- Market Penetration: Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities and target markets for our electrical equipment products .
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed.
- Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, contractors, distributors, consultants, and OEMs in the electrical industry.
- Proposal Development: Prepare compelling sales presentations, technical proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs and technical specifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements and to support new product launches.
- Reporting: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and all customer-related activity within the CRM system.
- Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations to close deals and secure profitable contracts.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1 years of proven business development or sales experience in the electrical equipment, products, or solutions industry is MANDATORY.
- Deep technical knowledge and understanding of electrical products and their applications (e.g., industrial controls, power generation, distribution, or specific equipment type).
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and develop new accounts.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
