Elite Web Technologies is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in generating sales for an IT services company. If you have a strong sales mindset, understand IT offerings, and can plan and execute campaigns, we’d like to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities for IT services (Web, Mobile, Digital Marketing, etc.)
  • Plan, create, and execute sales and lead generation campaigns
  • Identify potential clients and build long-term business relationships
  • Handle client discussions, requirement understanding, and proposal coordination
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Work closely with marketing and technical teams for campaign execution
  • Maintain sales reports, pipelines, and follow-ups

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a BDM in an IT company
  • Proven track record in sales and business growth
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solution-based selling
  • Experience in campaign planning and execution
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Target-oriented with a proactive approach
