Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for Salesforce CRM services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Understand client business needs and propose suitable Salesforce solutions
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → negotiation → closure
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing documents
  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for smooth project execution
  • Track sales activities and update CRM regularly
  • Represent MV Clouds in meetings, webinars, and industry events
  • Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Product Sales (CRM Products & Apps)

  • Promote and sell MV Clouds’ CRM products, extensions, and automation tools
  • Demonstrate product value through demos and presentations
  • Drive subscription-based and license-based sales
  • Support onboarding and upselling/cross-selling
  • Collect customer feedback for product improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in IT / SaaS / Salesforce sales or consulting
  • Strong understanding of CRM, cloud solutions, and digital transformation
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
  • Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar tools (Preferred)

Preferred Profile

  • Experience in selling Salesforce implementation, customization, or support services
  • Existing network in real estate, BFSI, education, or enterprise sector (Bonus)
  • Knowledge of international markets (UAE, Europe, USA) is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and growth-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
