About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our revenue growth initiatives in SEO sales and magazine advertising sales. The ideal candidate will have strong team management experience, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build strategic client relationships.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
- Drive revenue through SEO services sales and magazine advertisement sales
- Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Develop customized proposals and close high-value deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives
- Set individual and team sales targets
- Monitor performance and provide regular feedback
- Conduct training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge
Strategy & Reporting
- Develop and execute sales strategies for market expansion
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7–8 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
- Proven experience in SEO sales and/or magazine advertising sales
- Strong leadership and team handling experience
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing or media industry
- Strong client database and industry network
- Ability to handle high-pressure sales targets
