- Execute ATL activities: hoardings, print ads, outdoor branding, road shows.
- Drive BTL activities: site promotions, kiosks, leafleting, door-to-door campaigns, corporate tie-ups, and local activations.
- Coordinate with vendors for branding, events, and promotional material execution.
- Generate walk-ins and local enquiries through on-ground campaigns.
- Support the sales team during site visit days and promotional events.
- Track ATL/BTL effectiveness and submit activity reports.
- Coordinate with marketing team to provide lead quality feedback and campaign insights.
- Build and manage channel partner (CP) relationships to generate referral-based enquiries.
- Support pricing discussions, offers, and documentation during booking and agreement stages.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate / on-ground marketing / business development.
