Business Development Manager (BDM)

  • Execute ATL activities: hoardings, print ads, outdoor branding, road shows.
  • Drive BTL activities: site promotions, kiosks, leafleting, door-to-door campaigns, corporate tie-ups, and local activations.
  • Coordinate with vendors for branding, events, and promotional material execution.
  • Generate walk-ins and local enquiries through on-ground campaigns.
  • Support the sales team during site visit days and promotional events.
  • Track ATL/BTL effectiveness and submit activity reports.
  • Coordinate with marketing team to provide lead quality feedback and campaign insights.
  • Build and manage channel partner (CP) relationships to generate referral-based enquiries.
  • Support pricing discussions, offers, and documentation during booking and agreement stages.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 2–5 years of experience in real estate / on-ground marketing / business development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
