- Provide career guidance and course counselling to prospective students.
- Conduct counselling sessions and assist students in selecting suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain counselling records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Explain program features, benefits, and career opportunities to students.
- Assist in organizing counselling events and promotional activities.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents to improve enrolment rates.
- Oversee counselling quality standards and ensure compliance with processes.
- Manage key student relationships and maintain long-term engagement.
- Analyze admission reports and recommend performance improvements.
- Support branch teams in achieving monthly and quarterly admission goals.
- Ensure smooth coordination between counselling, academic, and operations teams.
