Business Development Manager (BDM)

  • Provide career guidance and course counselling to prospective students.
  • Conduct counselling sessions and assist students in selecting suitable programs.
  • Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
  • Maintain counselling records and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Explain program features, benefits, and career opportunities to students.
  • Assist in organizing counselling events and promotional activities.
  • Build strong relationships with students and parents to improve enrolment rates.
  • Oversee counselling quality standards and ensure compliance with processes.
  • Manage key student relationships and maintain long-term engagement.
  • Analyze admission reports and recommend performance improvements.
  • Support branch teams in achieving monthly and quarterly admission goals.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between counselling, academic, and operations teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹750,000.00 per month
