We are experts in both domestic as well as commercial real estate segments. Currently, we are developing one of the largest logistics hubs on Durgapur Expressway, Dankuni.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced "Business Development Manager" to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in business development, preferably within the real estate sector, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and market presence
  • Generate leads through channel partners, referrals, and direct marketing activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospective customers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of deals and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Real Estate is mandatory as a "BDM/BDE"
  • Qualification: Graduation in any stream
  • Location Preference: Candidates based in or willing to work in Kolkata (New Town area)

  • Good knowledge of local real estate market (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month
