We are a Group of 16 Health Care Clinics in the United States. (Florida & Texas).

You will work directly with the management team in the direct Business Operations, to ensure everything is working at optimal level within the organization.

  • SEO Department Manager
  • Social Medial Marketing manager
  • VOIP System Department
  • Billing Department
  • Medical Side Operations Manager
  • Credentialing Department of the Clinics
  • Urgent Care side operations Manager
  • Chiropractic / Physical Therapy operations Manager
  • CSR (Customer Service Reps) Manager
  • Responsible for pulling daily reports for the following:
  • Billing Reports, Phone Call Reports, Patient Ledgers,
  • THIS POSITION ENTAILS A LOT OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL, AND SOMEONE WHO CAN MULTITASK EFFICIENTLY ON THEIR OWN.

The Business Development is an active team member who contributes to the day to day operations.

Whilst this individual is not expected to be a subject matter expert in the Health Care industry, they will demonstrate expertise in consulting sales management experience and professional problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify the most critical aspects client or market are facing to determine new business improvements.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of all the aspects of the business capabilities and how they fit together to create customized and relevant solutions for clients solving for their needs
  • Leverage subject matter experts to develop best customized proposals for the clients
  • Write well-structured and persuasive proposals and communicate to executives to pursue
  • Develop strong relationships / partnerships with each department of the health care clinics
  • Identify and pursue related sales with client senior executives; deliver strong sales pitches
  • Align efforts with Billing core team for success, including managing external obstacles and maintaining leadership alignment and support
  • Partner with management team to ensure project quality and identification of follow-up opportunities

All About You:

Education Needed:

  • MBA or relevant post graduate degree recommended
  • Consulting experience from a top-rated consulting firm desirable, expertise and experience helping the medical offices; the executive leadership level.
  • Business development desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to work on a team or independently
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English required and additional languages skills highly desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
