Business Development Manager – Civil Construction

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Civil Construction division by identifying, developing, and securing new project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in civil construction projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and developers
• Lead tendering, pre-qualification, and proposal submission processes
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and upcoming project pipelines
• Coordinate with technical and estimation teams for project proposals and pricing
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve business targets
• Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry forums
• Develop and execute strategic business growth plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 7–12 years of experience in civil construction business development or contracting
• Strong network within developers, consultants, and government/semi-government clients (preferred)
• Proven track record of winning construction projects
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of tendering, estimation, and contract processes
• UAE experience preferred
