Job Title: Business Development Manager – Commercial Flooring Solutions

We are a UAE-based company specializing in premium commercial flooring solutions, delivering high-quality products and project-based solutions for corporate, retail, hospitality, and fit-out sectors. We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships across the UAE.
- Engage with architects, consultants, fit-out contractors, facility management companies, interior designers, and corporate clients.
- Promote commercial flooring products and secure project specifications.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and technical submissions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the commercial flooring industry.
- Strong knowledge of Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT), Carpet Tiles, and Sheet Vinyl Flooring.
- Established network with commercial projects, fit-out contractors, consultants, corporate offices, and interior design firms is highly preferred.
- UAE market experience is mandatory.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Preferred Profile:
- Candidates with a proven track record of generating and closing AED 5 million+ annual sales revenue will have a strong advantage.
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
