The Role
A leading European furniture and workspace solutions provider is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and relationship management across the Architecture & Design (A&D) community and key end users in the UAE. Key Responsibilities: • Lead sales across A&D firms, contractors, and corporate clients. • Promote furniture and workspace solutions through meetings, presentations, and showroom visits. • Develop and execute strategic BD plans to build a strong project pipeline. • Network within the design and construction ecosystem; attend industry events. • Manage projects from concept to close with internal teams. • Negotiate and close deals ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. • Provide market insights on competitors and trends. • Represent the brand in innovation, sustainability, and workspace wellbeing. • Location: Dubai Design District • Sector: Furniture / Interiors / Workspace Solutions

Requirements
  • Proven 3–7 years’ experience in sales / business development within commercial interiors, furniture, design & build or related industries. • Strong A&D network in the UAE with established relationships. • Confident communicator with excellent presentation & negotiation skills. • Self-driven, proactive and commercially minded – capable of leading from the front. • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). • UAE Driving License required.
