Business Development Manager – Construction Industry

Muscat, Oman

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s client base and market presence.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new projects in the construction and real estate development sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, developers, consultants, and government entities.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, bids, and tenders in collaboration with the technical and estimating teams.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in business development within the construction industry.
  • Strong network within the construction and real estate sectors is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop strategies, manage relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
