Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s client base and market presence.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new projects in the construction and real estate development sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, developers, consultants, and government entities.
- Prepare and present business proposals, bids, and tenders in collaboration with the technical and estimating teams.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in business development within the construction industry.
- Strong network within the construction and real estate sectors is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop strategies, manage relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
