Business Development Manager (Damam, Saudi Arabia)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.

• 3–5 years of proven experience in business development within the oil & gas sector (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of Saudi market dynamics, especially in Dammam, Al Khobar & Bahrain

• Saudi & Bahrain experience preferred.

• Valid Saudi Driving License preferred.

• Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage).

Total Salary: Qar.7000/- (Basic- Qar.4500/-, Food - Qar.500/-, Other Allowances - Qar.2000/) (E q u i v a l e n t a m o u n t i n S a u d i R i y a l) + Bachelor sharing Accommodation & Transportation

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.

• Generate leads, conduct client visits, and follow up on potential projects.

• Prepare and submit RFQs, tenders, and commercial proposals.

• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.

• Promote company services and capabilities to clients, contractors, and consultants.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and service providers.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and after-sales support.

• Maintain a regular visit schedule and client engagement plan.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competition dynamics.

• Develop strategic business plans to increase company market share.

• Provide periodic business development reports and forecasts to management.

• Coordinate with operations, technical, and finance departments for project execution.

• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote company presence.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi local regulations.
