Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in business development within the oil & gas sector (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of Saudi market dynamics, especially in Dammam, Al Khobar & Bahrain
- Saudi & Bahrain experience preferred.
- Valid Saudi Driving License preferred.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage).

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.
- Generate leads, conduct client visits, and follow up on potential projects.
- Prepare and submit RFQs, tenders, and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Promote company services and capabilities to clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and service providers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and after-sales support.
- Maintain a regular visit schedule and client engagement plan.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competition dynamics.
- Develop strategic business plans to increase company market share.
- Provide periodic business development reports and forecasts to management.
- Coordinate with operations, technical, and finance departments for project execution.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote company presence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi local regulations.
