Job Responsibilities:
- Identify new prospects and generate leads.
- Prepare pitch presentations and personally pitch to clients to acquire new business.
- Document project requirements and estimate the solution/services pricing and delivery timelines along with vertical heads.
- Negotiate with clients and close leads.
- Participate in and lead brainstorms for new business opportunities.
- Work with the strategy team to develop proposals that address clients' needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales activity and performance reports.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements/facts/objectives, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Monitor digital and new media industry trends and competitor offerings to identify potential business avenues and improve current services.
- Develop and manage media sales strategies, focusing on paid media and programmatic advertising.
- Analyze and optimize media sales performance to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align media strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- Excellent pitch presentation skills.
- Experience in selling integrated digital marketing services (websites, affiliate marketing services, SEO, social media, content marketing, creative, etc.).
- Strong industry insights and ability to engage in high-level conversations.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Preferred candidates from Digital Marketing agency.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- Proven experience in media sales, particularly in paid media and programmatic advertising.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize media campaigns.
