Business Development Manager - DME

CollagenDirect is a direct-to-manufacturer supplier of advanced collagen wound dressings, backed by IdeaWorx.co. Our mission is to bring clinically proven wound care products to facilities at a fraction of the traditional cost, by streamlining distribution and removing unnecessary markups.

We’re launching fast — and looking for driven professionals to join our founding sales team as Clinical Account Specialists.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage providers: Call skilled nursing facilities, Home Health Agencies, and wound care centers to introduce CollagenDirect and drive adoption.
  • Build trust: Serve as a liaison between facilities and our DME partner, ensuring seamless ordering and patient access.
  • Manage pipeline: Track accounts, referrals, and orders in our CRM (training provided).
  • Drive growth: Consistently follow up with decision makers to increase order volume and build lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate: Work with leadership to refine scripts, handle objections, and optimize our outreach strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Prior sales experience (healthcare, medical device, or pharma preferred) OR a clinical background with strong communication skills.
  • Skills: Confident, persuasive, professional communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Mindset: Competitive, motivated, and excited by the chance to join an early-stage venture where your impact is visible.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable using CRM tools, phone systems, and digital forms in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
