Business Development Manager - Fit out Interior Design experience

Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth and build strategic relationships across target markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the interior design or construction industry and a proven track record of identifying opportunities, closing deals, and building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
• Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, real estate developers, contractors, and corporate clients.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to generate leads.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and pitches to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client needs are fully understood and delivered.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client demands.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to the senior management team.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably within the interior design, architecture, or construction industry.
• Strong network in property development, construction, or design sectors is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and relevant business tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
