Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Sales Strategy
- Proactively identify and convert business opportunities across multiple sectors:commercial (offices, retail, banks), hospitality, institutional and residential (villas,appartments) sectors.
- Formulate and implement effective business development strategies to driverevenue growth
2. Full Sales Cycle & Relationship Management
- Manage end-to-end sales processes: lead nurturing, client pitching, proposal preparation (quotations, BOQs, tender responses), contract negotiation, and deal closure
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, real estate firms, and direct clients
3. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and pricing tactics; conduct marketresearch for strategic insights
- Maintain and report on sales pipelines, performance metrics, and progress to senior leadership
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with design, estimating, and project teams to ensure that proposals reflect client requirements and align with delivery capabilities
- Coordinate efforts to ensure smooth client handover and timely project execution
5. Brand Visibility & Networking
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums to enhance visibility and attract new clients
6. Financial Coordination
- Follow up on payment collections and ensure receivables align with terms
