Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our AI services portfolio across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling AI-powered solutions, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of client business needs in the digital transformation space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for AI-powered services and solutions across various industries.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, IT Heads, Innovation Teams).
• Understand client needs and collaborate with technical teams to propose tailored AI solutions.
• Lead presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that effectively communicate the value of Zainlee’s offerings.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated on market trends, emerging AI technologies, and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular business reports, forecasts, and pipeline management.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5–7 years in business development or sales, specifically in AI solutions, SaaS, or digital transformation services.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong exposure to AI applications in sectors such as retail, healthcare, finance, logistics, or real estate.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Skills:
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies like Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Vision.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
• Location: Must be currently based in the UAE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
