Role Description:

This is a full-time, remote position for a Business Development Manager specializing in IT Training, B2B, and EdTech. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, managing accounts effectively, and meeting sales targets. The role demands strategic planning, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and understanding client challenges to offer customized training solutions that align with their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting.
  • Engage with corporate and individual clients to understand their training and certification requirements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closure
  • Present and promote Koenig Solutions’ IT training programs and certifications effectively to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and share customized proposals, quotations, and training plans based on client needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (training, operations, and delivery) to ensure seamless execution of training programs.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within defined timelines.
  • Drive revenue growth through consultative selling of IT training and certification solutions
  • Flexible to work in shifts aligned with global time zones

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in B2B / Enterprise Sales (preferably IT, software, training, or professional services)
  • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience selling to corporate HR, L&D, IT departments, or decision-makers is a plus
  • Candidates based in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, or other GCC countries are preferred

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the IT Training, B2B, or EdTech domain is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Business Development with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales, with experience in creating strategies to acquire and nurture potential clients.
  • Expertise in Account Management, ensuring long-term partnerships and satisfaction with existing clients.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with an ability to build and maintain lasting business relationships.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
