Business Development Manager Lemacon Architecture Firm

Rawalpindi, Pakistan

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with proven experience in the architecture and design industry. This role is focused on building strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the growth of our practice.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities with developers, corporate clients, and institutions
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Manage outreach efforts including calls, presentations, and networking events
  • Collaborate with architects and design teams to prepare proposals and presentations
  • Track leads, manage follow-ups, and support the sales pipeline

Requirements

  • Prior experience in business development, client relations, or sales within an architecture firm (required)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage confidently with clients at all levels
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a professional approach
  • Familiarity with architectural services, project cycles, and industry language
