Business Development Manager (Male)

Kuala, India

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in sales and business development within advertising, media, or similar industries, with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities with corporate clients, agencies, and brands.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Understand client requirements and present customized outdoor advertising solutions.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in outdoor advertising, media, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong network of contacts in advertising agencies and corporate clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
