Business Development Manager – Medical Billing (USA Campaign) 1 year experience

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to lead our Medical Billing campaign in the USA market. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare sales, particularly in medical billing, revenue cycle management (RCM), and healthcare outsourcing services. You will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare providers, generating qualified leads, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

This role requires someone who understands the U.S. healthcare landscape, has excellent communication skills, and is confident in dealing with decision-makers such as doctors, practice managers, and administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients for medical billing and RCM services in the U.S. market.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within healthcare practices (physicians, clinics, hospitals, and specialty care centers).
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and B2B campaigns.
  • Present service offerings, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure ongoing revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and marketing teams to align on client needs and solutions.
  • Track, report, and analyze sales performance metrics regularly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (Healthcare/Medical Billing industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of U.S. medical billing, RCM processes, insurance claims, and healthcare compliance.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close B2B deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Experience working with CRMs and sales tracking tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
