Business Development Manager (Outbound & Growth)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Business Development Manager who knows how modern outbound actually works, not just theory, but daily execution, targets, and conversions.You’ll be managing 3 specialized outbound teams, each structured around specific channels (LinkedIn, Email, Marketplaces, and Social Communities), with clear KPIs, revenue targets, and daily activity benchmarks.This role is ownership-heavy — strategy, monitoring, optimization, and closing alignment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

1. Team & Pipeline Management

Manage 3 outbound sales teams (8 total reps) with defined revenue targets

Ensure daily outreach targets are met across all channelsTrack performance using Google Sheets dashboards (daily / weekly / monthly)

2. Outbound Strategy Execution

Oversee and optimize outreach across:

LinkedIn DMs & connections

Personalized cold email campaigns (HR augmentation & services)

Upwork & Fiverr marketplaces (multi-account setups)

Social & community outreach (Meta, Reddit, Twitter, Discord)

You’ll continuously test:

Messaging angles

Offer positioningChannel performance

Conversion ratios

3. Revenue & Performance Ownership:

Team revenue targets:

Team 1: $15,000/month

Team 2: $10,000/month

Team 3: $8,000/month

Individual rep targets ranging from $3K–$10KIdentify bottlenecks between:

Outreach → Reply → Call → ClosePush reps who are behind, scale what’s working

4. Reporting & OptimizationMaintain:

Outreach volume trackingReply & booking rates

Revenue per channel

Deliver weekly performance summaries

Recommend structural changes when a channel underperforms

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must-Have2–4+ years in B2B outbound sales / business development
  • Strong understanding of:LinkedIn outboundCold email personalizationUpwork & Fiverr sales dynamics
  • Experience managing on-site sales teams
  • Data-driven mindset (you’re comfortable living in Sheets)
  • Big PlusAgency background (UI/UX, design, dev, SaaS, services)
  • Experience scaling outbound systems
  • Marketplace optimization knowledge (Upwork connects, Fiverr response rate, etc.)
