Monthly Sales Target: QAR 50,000

MANDATORY – NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3–5 years of DIRECT sales experience in PRINTING / PACKAGING – MUST
• Sales must be generated from the FIRST MONTH
• Candidate must generate OWN leads

( No company leads, databases, or contacts will be provided)

• Proven ability to close deals independently
• Local candidates in Qatar ONLY
• Valid Qatar Driving License (own car)

Job Description (Read Carefully)

This role is strictly for experienced printing and packaging sales professionals who can operate independently without support leads. You will be fully responsible for lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business without any company-provided leads
• Meet clients, present printing & packaging solutions, and close deals
• Achieve QAR 50,000 monthly sales target
• Conduct daily sales calls and client visits
• MANDATORY daily return to office after sales calls
• Submit daily sales activity reports
• Submit weekly sales performance reports
• Coordinate with production team for order execution
• Maintain accurate client and sales records

Performance Expectations

• Sales performance will be reviewed from the first month
• Consistent failure to meet expectations will lead to role discontinuation
• This role is target-driven and performance-critical
