Business Development Manager - Projects

Karachi, Pakistan

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategic plans to target and acquire new project-based clients within the home building and construction industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as a product expert, advising clients on the best products suited for their projects while offering exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, generate leads, and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management to assist in decision-making and strategy development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, specifically within the home building materials or construction industry, with a focus on project-based sales.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and acquiring new business.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
