Business Development Manager – Property / Landlord Acquisition (High Commission)

Our client is from a fast-growing luxury Airbnb and short-let management company based in London. In just 2 years, they’ve expanded to nearly 100 premium properties and continue growing rapidly. They help landlords maximise rental income while handling everything - from guest communication and cleaning to pricing optimisation.

Role Description:

We are looking for a hungry, commission-driven sales professional to source and close new landlord clients. You will manage the full sales cycle, from finding leads to closing deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact landlords using platforms like Rightmove, OpenRent, and LinkedIn
  • Cold call, email, and message property owners
  • Pitch our Airbnb management service and its income-boosting benefits
  • Build relationships with landlords and property investors
  • Close management agreements and hit acquisition targets

This role is fully remote. If you’re a great cold caller with property sales or closing experience, you can work from anywhere.

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience in property, real estate, or B2B
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable generating your own leads
  • Familiarity with the London property market is a bonus
  • Experience with CRM software

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs220,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
