ROLE SUMMARYManager - Business Development is responsible for the implementation of the expansion of sub-franchise plan in line with company’s strategy. The role holder is also responsible for ensuring all assigned projects are completed on time and in line with budget and overall plan.
ROLE PROFILEIdentify and propose partners for the opening of new sub-franchise store.Manage and ensure effective planning and implementation of the sub-franchise expansion plans based on the strategy and objectives defines.Manage and ensure effective planning and implementation of the sub-franchise expansion plans based on the strategy and objectives defined.Perform feasibility studies including partner alliances to ensure success of new markets including legal, government regulations and the business set up process.Participate in negotiating the terms with sub franchiseAssist in developing and implementing the strategy for country sub-franchise development programs.Ensure smooth coordination with all internal departments and for the complete execution of the projects from inception to completion.Monitor projects and teams and ensure proper execution and completion in a timely manner and in line with set plans and budget while ensuring efficient utilization of resources.Conduct regular reviews and monitor actual performance against set plans and KPIs and provide regular reports to the management.Prepare periodical business reports to inform management about the current status of planned or actual projects.
REQUIREMENTSMinimum Qualifications/educationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fieldMaster’s Degree in a related field is preferred
Minimum experienceMinimum 6 years in the related managerial functionPreferably 4+ years in the retail or leasing business
