Business Development Manager - Sales Agent

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will act as a sales agent for our creative and digital services, responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

This role requires strong sales skills, a good understanding of website design & development, branding, and digital marketing services, and the ability to propose tailored solutions based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to grow the company’s client base.
  • Actively sell company services including website design & development, branding, UI/UX, digital marketing, and creative solutions.
  • Pitch customized solutions to potential clients based on their business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify trends, competitors, and new leads.
  • Coordinate with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry-related opportunities when required.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communications, or a related field (Preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in website design, digital marketing, branding, or IT services).
  • Good understanding of web design & development, branding, and digital marketing services.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and propose practical, result-oriented solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation software.
  • Existing industry contacts or client network will be a plus.
  • Fluent in English (Required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
