About the Role:

We're hiring a Business Development Manager who can generate high-ticket leads, build long-term client relationships, and scale our international client base. You’ll lead sales outreach, handle inbound inquiries, and close retainer deals across video production, branding, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients via LinkedIn, Upwork, Email, etc.
  • Develop and present custom pitches/proposals for digital services
  • Close recurring packages (SMM, YouTube, Video Editing)
  • Maintain CRM and coordinate with the creative team for delivery
  • Hit monthly revenue targets and grow international accounts

You’re a Fit If You Have:

  • Proven experience in digital agency or SaaS/tech B2B sales
  • Fluent English communication and confident pitching skills
  • Strong understanding of creative services like social media, video, branding
  • Smart follow-up and consultative closing style
  • Bonus: Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Pipedrive
