Business Development Manager / Senior Business Development Executive I

Steve Leung Design Group in partnership with Gallery Five Trading & Contracting W.L.L. is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager / Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing operations across the GCC region.

This position plays a key role in supporting our business development activities and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage with prospective clients and secure successful partnerships.
• Maintain consistent communication to respond to client needs and concerns.
• Manage follow-ups to strengthen client trust and relationships.
• Deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Assist in formulating and implementing marketing initiatives within the GCC.
• Collaborate with local business partners to ensure smooth coordination.
• Provide translation and communication support between Arabic and English.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in business development, account management, or client relations—preferably in the interior design or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Interior Design, or a relevant discipline.
• Fluency in Arabic with strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Ability to work independently and self-driven.
• Strong computer literacy.
