Business Development Manager (Software) -Hybrid - Urgent Hiring

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and target-driven Software Business Development & Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is focused on selling software solutions, web applications, and tech products in the local Pakistan market.

The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills in both English & Urdu, a modern and attractive personality, and the ability to understand software products & business analysis at a professional level (95/100 skill score).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for software and web solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Present software products to potential customers with confidence and clarity.
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable software solutions.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate proposal delivery.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with software market trends and competitors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software, web, and tech sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Urdu.
  • Strong business analysis and understanding of software solutions.
  • Attractive, professional, and confident personality.
  • Highly energetic, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a startup environment with flexibility and passion.
  • Target-achievement mindset with strong negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Intermediate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Software Sales: 1 year (Required)
