Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to oversee and manage partnerships with event organisers, malls, supermarkets, restaurants, and hypermarkets. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in contract negotiation, business development, and partnership management, particularly within the restaurant, retail, or events sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage contracts with partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
• Negotiate, draft, and finalise agreements with event organisers, retail outlets, and strategic partners
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through contracting and partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Ensure all contracts are mutually beneficial, clearly defined, and strategically aligned
• Plan, execute, and manage events and sponsorship to ensure successful delivery and high-impact results

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, contracting, or partnership management
• Experience in the restaurant, retail, or events industry is preferred
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex contracts
• Proven experience in event planning and sponsorship management
• Ability to generate leads and drive business growth
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Salary

• AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month
