Full job description

The Business Development & Marketing Associate will play a key role in supporting the company’s growth by managing vendor registrations, prequalification processes, and providing essential sales support. This position ensures the company is registered with target clients and assists the Business Development team in preparing documents, coordinating with stakeholders, and following up on sales activities.

Key Responsibilities: Vendor Registration & Prequalification

  • Manage end-to-end vendor registration processes with government, semi-government, and private organizations.
  • Prepare, compile, and submit all required documentation (licenses, certificates, compliance forms, etc.).
  • Maintain an updated tracker of vendor registrations, approvals, and renewals.
  • Follow up with clients’ procurement/vendor registration teams to ensure timely approvals.
  • Coordinate internally with Finance, Legal, Technical, and HSE departments for required documents.
  • Assist Business Development Managers in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Support in tender submissions by providing registration confirmations and client requirements.
  • Assist to conduct market research to identify new registration opportunities and potential clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in vendor registration, sales support, or business development (preferably in B2B industries)
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Must be located in Islamabad/Rawalpindi
