Client Acquisition:
- Identify and prospect potential clients, leading to the acquisition of new business.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing solutions.
- Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency, develop brand strategies, and oversee brand communications.
Marketing:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels to promote products or services.
- Content Development: Create compelling content, including copywriting, visuals, and multimedia materials for marketing collateral.
- Digital Marketing: Utilize digital platforms, SEO strategies, social media, and email marketing to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
Business Development:
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, market trends, and competitor strategies.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and negotiations to secure new contracts or partnerships.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue streams.
Skills and Qualifications:
· 4 to 6 years expertise in Marketing, business development and Sales.
· Industry Experience: Automotive, Aerospace, Energy and consumer appliances, CAD design engineering services.
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree would be highly advantageous.
- Sales Acumen: Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and client acquisition.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities for client interactions and marketing purposes.
- Marketing Expertise: Knowledge of marketing principles, campaign management, and brand development.
- Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze market data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Networking: Strong networking abilities to establish and maintain client relationships and industry connections.
