Business Development Officer

Job Description:

  • Lead Generation & Market Research:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within residential, commercial, and real estate sectors.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, trends, and competition.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and individual clients.
  • Follow up on leads, conduct site visits, and present kitchen design solutions.
  • Sales & Marketing:
  • Promote the company’s kitchen interior products and services.
  • Prepare and present quotations and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordination:
  • Work closely with the corporate, design and project teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
  • Reporting & Strategy:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer feedback using SAP tools.
  • Provide regular updates to the management on performance, opportunities, and challenges.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in kitchen interiors or home décor.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of modular kitchen products, materials, and design trends is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
