Job Description:
- Lead Generation & Market Research:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within residential, commercial, and real estate sectors.
- Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, trends, and competition.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and individual clients.
- Follow up on leads, conduct site visits, and present kitchen design solutions.
- Sales & Marketing:
- Promote the company’s kitchen interior products and services.
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordination:
- Work closely with the corporate, design and project teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
- Reporting & Strategy:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer feedback using SAP tools.
- Provide regular updates to the management on performance, opportunities, and challenges.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in kitchen interiors or home décor.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of modular kitchen products, materials, and design trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software
