Salary: PKR 45,000 - 50,000 per month

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (On-site)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Officer to drive growth and expansion for our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategies to increase revenue. Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT industry.

· Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

· Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

· Create and present pitches, proposals, and presentations to clients and prospects.

· Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

· Stay organized, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements:

· 1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the IT industry.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Strong understanding of the IT industry and market trends.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
