Business Development Officer

About Nova Health:

Nova Health is a rapidly growing healthcare organization providing quality pharmaceutical and health-related services. We are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Officer to help expand our customer base, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients through cold calling and other communication channels.
• Introduce Nova Health’s services and products to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or product information.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and customer interactions in company databases.
• Follow up with potential clients to ensure conversions and ongoing engagement.
• Support the business development and sales team in achieving individual and team targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required (fresh graduates strongly encouraged to apply).
• Preferably female candidates with a confident and pleasant personality.
• Freshers with good communication skills and an energetic personality are highly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with client communication and outreach.
• Must reside near or within commuting distance of Johar Town, Lahore.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, CRM tools) is an advantage.
