Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms
- Generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and present company services to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities
- Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and networking events when required
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Experience in the UAE market is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- CRM experience is a plus
