The Role

We are looking for a connector and a builder.

As our Business Development Officer, you won’t just be selling services; you will be building the bridges between hospitals, clinics, and patients who need home care. You will be the face of MyCare in the market, leveraging your network of nurse case managers and doctors to ensure patients get a seamless transition from hospital to home.

What You Will Achieve

• Build Strategic Partnerships: You will be out in the field, forging strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and corporate partners. You will be the go-to person for case managers looking to refer patients for home nursing.
• Innovate & Design: You won’t just sell what we have; you’ll help us decide what we should have. You will analyze market gaps and help design new healthcare packages and subscription models that our clients actually need.
• Drive Growth: You will execute sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and create proposals that drive revenue and expand our market presence.
• Ensure Excellence: You will work side-by-side with our clinical and operations teams to ensure what we promise is what we deliver, maintaining high quality and full regulatory compliance.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who already knows the lay of the land.

• The Networker: You have an active, existing portfolio of contacts in Dubai’s hospitals and clinics. You know who to call to get things moving.
• The Experience: You have 1-2+ years of experience in healthcare sales or business development. If you are a Nurse who pivoted to business, or a Business grad with healthcare experience, we want to talk to you.
• The Communicator: You are comfortable presenting to doctors, negotiating with procurement teams, and explaining complex services simply.
• The Driver: Literally. You have a valid UAE driver’s license and are willing to travel between Business Bay and various partner locations.
• The Professional: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or Business Administration.
