Location: Lahore (Punjab Region)

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 80,000 per month
Probation: 3 Months

Job Purpose

We are hiring a Business Development Officer (BDO) for Lahore. The role focuses on finding new clients, counselling them, and converting leads into cases.

Reporting

• Reports to Karachi Head Office
• Works closely with Operations & Reporting Officer (Lahore)

Work Location & Timing

• Base Location: Lahore (Office-based)
• Field Work: Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi & nearby Punjab areas
• Remote Work: Allowed during Ramadan, Eid, and approved periods
• Working Hours: As per company schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Find new clients through walk-ins, referrals, institutes, and outreach
• Guide students and clients professionally
• Explain EN Consultants’ services clearly and honestly
• Follow up with leads regularly
• Enter all leads and updates in the CRM system
• Coordinate with Operations for documents and case handover
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: PKR 50,000 – 80,000 (based on experience)

Who Can Apply

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in sales, counselling, or consultancy is a plus
• Good communication in English & Urdu (Punjabi preferred)
• Confident, professional, and presentable
• Comfortable with field work
• Basic knowledge of:
• WhatsApp Business
• Excel / Google Sheets
• CRM tools

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
