Business Development Officer

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi (Onsite)

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Shift Timings: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: Upto PKR 100,000+ (Based on performance)

Industry Preference: Services Industry (HSE Training/Consultancy preferred)

Job Summary

Scaleup Connect is hiring one of our client based in Karachi for the position of Business Development Officer .The Business Development Officer (BDO) will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and sales support for HSE training and consultancy services. The role requires strong corporate communication skills, pipeline management, and the ability to convert leads into business through effective follow-ups and proposal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and market
  • visits.
  • Identify corporate clients and schedule meetings with decision-makers (HR, Admin,
  • Procurement, Operations).
  • Promote training and consultancy service portfolio and support closing of deals.
  • Prepare and coordinate quotations, proposals, presentations, and service agreements.
  • Maintain sales pipeline, lead tracker, and client database.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and client coordination until deal closure.
  • Support management in tender opportunities and corporate business expansion.

Requirements

  • Minimum Graduate (MBA preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B business development (services industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
  • Experience in lead generation and corporate sales support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Target-driven, confident, and professional personality.
