About the Role:

As a Business Development Officer you will be responsible for the following:

• Qualify and nurture warm leads through direct outreach to generate sales-ready opportunities.
• Ensure data integrity and CRM hygiene by verifying, standardizing, and enriching prospect information.
• Support the sales pipeline by researching prospects, tagging leads, and collaborating on high-value targets.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors
• Experience: fresh to 1 year
• Call Center experience is preferred
• Good English communication skills

Location: Bahria Town, Phase 8. Rawalpindi

Shift: Night Shift (7pm to 4am)

Salary: 60,000 to 120,000

Working Days: Monday to Friday
