Business Development Officer

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Development Officer to expand our IT services portfolio in international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying global business opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients. This role is fully performance-based, offering attractive commission on each successfully closed project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets (UK, USA, Middle East, etc.)
  • Generate leads via platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations (virtual)
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for proposals
  • Prepare and submit proposals, RFPs, and quotations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and update CRM regularly
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT sales or business development (international markets preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing international IT projects
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
  • Hands-on experience with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and direct outreach etc.)
  • Familiarity with IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, etc.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
