Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Officer to help grow Roarworks by generating leads, converting inquiries, conducting client visits, and building strong relationships with potential members and business partners.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, well-spoken, target-driven, and comfortable meeting people, following up with prospects, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through calls, visits, referrals, online platforms, and networking.
  • Promote Roarworks coworking spaces, private offices, executive seats, hot seats, meeting rooms, and studios.
  • Handle walk-in clients and explain services, facilities, and packages.
  • Conduct space tours for potential clients.
  • Follow up with inquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, calls, website forms, and referrals.
  • Convert interested leads into paying members.
  • Build and maintain relationships with startups, freelancers, SMEs, universities, consultants, and corporate clients.
  • Maintain a daily record of leads, follow-ups, visits, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with the operations/admin team for client onboarding.
  • Assist in promotional campaigns, events, and outreach activities.
  • Achieve monthly sales and occupancy targets.

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident personality with a professional attitude.
  • Ability to convince, negotiate, and close clients.
  • Basic understanding of sales, customer dealing, and business development.
  • Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
  • Ability to use WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel, and basic CRM or lead tracking tools.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, coworking, real estate, hospitality, or corporate services will be preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong confidence and communication skills may also apply.

Preferred Candidate

  • Someone active, presentable, and target-oriented.
  • Comfortable dealing with entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals.
  • Strong follow-up discipline.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of sales targets.
  • Islamabad/Rawalpindi-based candidates preferred.

Compensation

Salary: Market competitive salary + performance-based commission/incentives
Timing: Full-time, on-site

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
