Business Development Officer

Job Summary

Shamo Jee Fabrics and Carpets is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer (BDO) to expand business opportunities, develop new client relationships, and promote company products in the market. The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing sales growth and strengthening the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and dealers
  • Promote fabrics and carpets to retailers, interior designers, and corporate customers
  • Conduct market visits and generate sales leads
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
  • Achieve assigned business development and sales targets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Coordinate with showroom and management teams for order processing

Requirements

  • Minimum Graduation (Bachelor’s degree required)
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Good market knowledge and customer dealing skills
  • Must have a personal motorbike for field work and market visits
