Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Officer to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will focus on exploring new business prospects, building strong client relationships, and supporting overall revenue growth through effective business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and persuasive sales pitches
• Strive to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet performance targets
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales will be an added advantage
