Job Overview

We are looking for a BPO Executive who can efficiently handle customer queries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Maintain customer records and update system entries
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
  • Provide support through calls, emails, chat (as per process)
  • Follow communication guidelines and maintain quality standards
  • Meet daily/weekly targets (calls handled, resolutions, CSAT scores, etc.)
  • Maintain a positive attitude and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills

  • Good spoken and written communication (Hindi/English)
  • Basic computer skills (typing, MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time
  • Problem-solving and patience
  • Customer-centric attitude

Qualification

  • Graduate Any Stream
  • Experience in customer support/BPO preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
