The Opportunity

We're looking for a Business Development Executive who is a true Acquisition Specialist someone with a proven ability to generate new leads and close high value deals. You will be the face of our company, building relationships and providing strategic solutions to a diverse range of clients, from startups to established enterprises. If you are ambitious, results-driven, and have a passion for sales, we want to hear from you.

Compensation: AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month + attractive commission structure

Your Responsibilities

  • Find and Close Leads: Actively identify and secure new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Sell Our Solutions: Present and sell our wide range of corporate services, including Business Setup, Accounting, Visa Services, Tax Consultancy, and Digital Marketing.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long term relationships with new clients by understanding their needs and providing expert advice.
  • Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, playing a key role in our company's revenue growth.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to help us maintain our competitive edge.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven experience in corporate sales or business development, preferably within the UAE.
  • Knowledge: A basic understanding of the UAE corporate services market is a significant plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Negotiations, Excellent communication, and presentation skills.
  • Mindset: A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach to sales.
  • Other: Proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog. UAE Driving License is an advantage.
