MindEngage is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development & Partnerships Manager to establish partnerships with companies, schools, colleges, universities, NGOs, and other organizations interested in providing mental health and counseling services to their employees, students, and communities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, conducting outreach, building relationships with decision-makers, and securing agreements for our online therapy and counseling services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach companies, schools, colleges, universities, NGOs, and educational institutions.
- Develop partnerships for employee wellness programs, student counseling services, and mental health initiatives.
- Build relationships with HR managers, student affairs departments, university leadership, school administrators, and organizational decision-makers.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations of our counseling services.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and service contracts.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate with the clinical and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding of partner organizations.
- Attend virtual networking events, webinars, and industry conferences when required.
- Meet monthly partnership and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Experience in business development, partnerships, B2B sales, account management, or educational outreach.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage senior decision-makers and build long-term relationships.
- Experience using LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, mental health, education, HR services, employee wellness, or SaaS sales.
- Existing network within schools, universities, corporations, or NGOs.
- Experience selling subscription-based or service-based solutions.
- Understanding of employee assistance programs (EAPs), student wellness programs, and mental health initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of partnership meetings scheduled.
- Qualified partnership opportunities generated.
- Signed institutional partnerships.
- Monthly recurring revenue generated through partnerships.
- Retention and growth of partner accounts.
Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
